Traver Gallery - Tacoma Celebrates 5th Anniversary
The Traver Gallery, an internationally recognized leader in the field of contemporary glass, and cornerstone of the Northwest arts community, will celebrate the 5th anniversary of its Tacoma location in November of 2008. To commemorate this important milestone, Traver Gallery will host a public reception in the Tacoma gallery on Saturday, November 15th from 4 – 7 pm.

Sonja Blomdahl Studio Sale, December 5 - 6
The Traver Gallery and Sonja Blomdahl invite you to join us in bidding a fond farewell to the studio and hot-shop that Sonja has called home since 1983. A moving sale/open house will be held on December 5th and 6th at Sonja's studio at 1211 Aloha Street.

Davide Salvadore Demonstration 11/1/08
Davide Salvadore will do a public demonstration at Pratt Fine Arts Center on Saturday, November 1 from 2:30 - 6:30. His show at the gallery opens just a few days later, with a reception on Thursday, November 6, from 5 - 8 pm.

Seattle Art Dealer's Association presents Dealer's Choice: Century 21
The Seattle Art Dealers Association (SADA) is pleased to announce Century 21: Dealer's Choice, an exhibition of Washington-based artists opening. The exhibition, at the generous invitation of Virginia and Bagley Wright, was jointly curated by individual SADA members and highlights 49 artists in different career stages whose work is felt to be particularly notable by individual curators as we move forward into the 21st Century. Three Traver Gallery artists were selected to be included: Dante Marioni, Preston Singletary, and Dale Chihuly.
